Remote Consultation

Remote consultation for those who can’t get to a specialist! To help our Patients in the current situation, we launched a remote consultation service.

Remote consultation is a pre-arranged way (which can be a phone call or a video call) for the user to receive advice from our specialist. The remote consultation does not replace a face-to-face doctor-patient meeting. During a tele-consultation, a partial examination is carried out and the doctor makes a recommendation based on the data and information provided by the patient.

We can provide remote consultations in the following areas:

• Psychiatry (anxiety, depression etc.),
• Sexual medicine,
• Relationship counselling,
• Psychotherapy.

Please note that the first step is to send us your details using the following form. Our colleagues will then check if you are eligible for a remote consultation. You will then be contacted for an appointment.

The consultation will also include the possibility of a prescription. The prescription will be sent to you by post. In this case, you should be aware that this may take longer than usual at this time.
