The neurology means the science of central and peripheral nervous system disorders. The nervous system disorder can be primer type or secondary type – caused by other organ illness.

The nervous system can be found everywhere in the body, controls all the functions of organ, so the neurologist expert can treat several problems. Such as pain (back, headache, neck), tremor and weakness, involuntary movements and restless leg syndrome, muscle tension and tenseness, torpidity, sleep disorders, vertigo, collapse.

Many groups of nervous disorders are known, the most frequents are:

  • cerebrovascular disorders
  • headache, neuralgia
  • neuropathy
  • spinal and spinal cord problems (e.g., discus hernia)
  • inflammantory diseases of nervous system etc.

One of the most frequent neurological problems is the headache. According to Greek mythology, the pain is the watchdog of life. It has protective role, but if it dominates every day’s life, it can destroy that. We can distinguish headaches as primer (without physical cause) or secondary type, where the etiology is known – illness, head trauma, hangover. In the primer type of headaches several sub-groups can be formed, such as migraine, tension, cluster or other – concerning to ice cream or sexual activity.

Continuous taking of painkillers can lead to headache in long-term. It’s necessary to consult a neurologist expert (defining the type of headache) to get the effective treatment.

Life coaching and psychological therapy are major factors in effective treatment to reach recovery.
